Dominica Huot

Born in Quebec City, Canada, Dominique Huot already knew what she wanted to do at the age of 14; to become a painter like her renowned ancestor, Charles Huot.

At the age of 22 she became an apprentice in a silk painting workshop; a few years later the Soierie Huo was born. These creations are of course sold in Quebec City and all over the world. Dominique loves nature, animals and especially horses. In fact, at one time she was the owner of a few horses. Her passion of the moment is music and particularly the violin. She has been playing it regularly since 2018. For 40 years, curious about nature, she knows how to transpose her creative universe into magnificent scarves.
