Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to assist you! Returns and exchanges are free of charge within 30 days of receipt of your order. You can return your product and get a) a credit that can be used for new purchases, b) a different product, or c) a refund issued to the original method of payment.

Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our return and exchange policy:

• Items on sale are neither taken back nor exchanged.
• Returned items must have their labels and be in their original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To begin the return or exchange process, please proceed as follows:

Login to our online returns portal using your email address and order ID

1. Choose the ordered products you wish to return or exchange
2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by e-mail
3. Return all items in question using the label provided.
